Initiate Your Request
Contact our European support team via email with your order number and the serial number of your Hollyland device to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronics in their original box including all accessories, cables, and manuals to ensure the item arrives back at our service center in perfect condition.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided shipping label or send the package to our designated German warehouse facility using a tracked shipping service for security.
Inspection and Refund
